You need to choose some kind of foot wear made with a high, wide toe area with a rocker sole. The high and wide toe area allows your foot to spread out and have more room, giving your foot a lot more comfort. The rocker sole is perfect for knocking out stress off of the ball of the foot. This will give your feet so much more relief. So in the future if you do not want to deal with any more of this foot pain you have to be careful what kind of shoes that you choose. Keep in mind that ball of foot pain is a specific type of pain — it’s unlikely you suffer from
plantar fasciitis or heel spurrs.
You may not feel this pain in your feet at first from wearing the wrong type of shoe however, over time it will build back up causing you more ball of the foot pain. So definitely pick a shoe with a wider width, giving your toe area more room and a better sole to help the back of your feet have enough room.
